My wonderful brother. You gave me happy times and were always full of fun ,stories and making us laugh. I would never have been ready to let you go . What will we all do without you in out lives. In the words of Elton John ' Life is a delicate thing'. Now like the skyline pigeon you need to spread you wings and fly away towards the things you left so very far behind. Your Sister Sarah and family will hold you in their hearts for ever. Xxx

A true friend for over 50 years, with plenty of laughs and stories along the way. Music was the common thread that ran through our lives, so thank you Peter for all the songs, concerts and memories. We will miss you.

It was such a pleasure working with Peter. He was such a character at work. If you felt down, a visit from Peter was just the tonic. Loved listening to his stories and life experiences. Sending my condolences to all the family.

Peter always made time to have a chat and a laugh. Peter would offer to do shopping for us and often bought round a new cheese to try - it was a bit of fun between us.
Rod and I will miss him greatly.

Joined the Police with Peter in 1977 and was at Ryton with him. Although I never worked with him closely after that we would always catch up and chat when our paths crossed. Great sense of humour. The world is a sadder place without him. Sincere condolences to his family.

It was a pleasure working near Peters office at NBBC. He had a wonderful sense of humour and always had a smile on his face. I am very sorry for your loss.
